REAL is a development and construction business with a focus on affordable housing and social good projects. HighSpirit was approached to build a full creative strategy and brand world that brought to life their mission of “inspiring people to live their best lives”. To counter the industry norms of bland hoardings and muted colours, we worked on creating a direct and emotive tone of voice, expressive typography and characterful illustration style, to breathe warmth into business and their developments.
